Furniture Movers Tulsa — Whatever “Furniture Movers” Means for You

People call us “furniture movers” for four different reasons. We handle all of them: move just the large items and skip the boxes, load your furniture into a truck or POD, unload at the destination, or rearrange furniture inside your home. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you exactly what it costs.

Which Situation Is Yours?

1

Move just the big stuff — skip the boxes

You want to hire movers for the beds, couches, dressers, dining table, appliances, and other large items. You'll handle the boxes and smaller stuff yourself. We bring the truck, move everything heavy, and leave the small stuff to you. Common for local moves where you want to save money and keep control of the fragile or personal items.

2

Load furniture into your truck or POD

You rented a U-Haul, Penske, or Budget truck, or you have a PODS or U-Box container, and you need help loading your furniture into it. We bring crew, load everything efficiently so nothing shifts in transit, and you handle the drive. Hourly billing, 2-hour minimum.

3

Unload furniture at the destination

Your truck or container arrived at the new place and you need help getting everything out and into the right rooms. Same as loading but at the other end. Often booked as a separate job from the load day, especially for interstate moves where you drove the truck yourself.

4

Rearrange furniture inside your home

You're not moving anywhere — you just need heavy things moved within the same house. Reconfigure the living room, move a bedroom set to a different room, get a sectional through a tight hallway, relocate a gun safe or upright freezer. No truck needed. We show up, move it, done. Same hourly rate as any labor job.

What We Bring Every Time

  • Experienced crew — the same people who handle our full-service moves, not a separate labor-only team
  • Dollies, hand trucks, and furniture pads on every job
  • Shrink wrap for upholstered pieces, mirrors, and anything that needs it
  • Careful handling — we wrap and protect before moving, not after something gets scratched
  • Liability coverage on damage we cause

Pricing

Options 1 and 2 are quoted based on the volume and weight of the furniture, number of crew, and any stairs or obstacles. Options 3 and 4 are hourly: 2-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. Most in-home rearrangement jobs finish in 1-2 hours. Most loading or unloading jobs run 2-4 hours depending on home size.

Call us or submit the quote form and describe what you need — we'll give you a straight number, not a range designed to get your foot in the door.

Only Have a Few Pieces?

If you have 3–7 large items — a couch, a bed frame, a dresser, a washer and dryer — that's a small job and we do them. The main difference is scheduling: small jobs require more flexibility on your end. Instead of a standard arrival window, we'll ask for a full-day window so we can route a crew to you when the schedule allows. Same professional crew, same equipment, same care — just a different booking model.

If that works for you, give us a call and we'll talk through the details. Small jobs are easier to scope over the phone than through the quote form.
